| Responsibilities: |
|
For this challenging position, include:
- Communicate with internal and external customer
- Update customer account information (Example: purchase order#, address, name etc.)
- Correct previous invoiced billing
- Manually invoice credit and debit memos
- Proficiency in excel - Must be able to create, manipulate and reconcile large Excel spreadsheets using a variety of formulas and formatting techniques
- Review contracts for rental, sales and service orders
- Enter and correct meter readings for copier equipment
- Messaging the customers account
- Work departmental reports
- Reconcile cash application
- Update billing frequency and equipment move
- Work notifications, e-mails, voice mails and Outlook daily
- Review special handling invoices for accuracy
- Previous billing or other finance related field experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advance Access database knowledge - Must have experience running a query, accessing data tables and exporting data
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

| Qualifications: |
|
For this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Minimum of one year Oracle experience preferred, but not required
- Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service or a related area
- Minimum of three years experience in an administrative support position
- Solid computer skills are required
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Must be highly detail - oriented and sensitive to deadlines and follow up
- Must be self motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimum supervision
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to manage an extremely heavy workload
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Experience in finance with a familiarity of GAAP principles
- Ability to conduct research and using available tools and procedures make effective business decisions
